1) For multi-track mixes and stem mixes, please name individual tracks appropriately (eg. snare, vocal, bass) etc 2) Only send the flat / raw audio files (no effects or processing) if there is a specific effect you want on a track then please send both the effected track and a none effected track. 3) For 2 channel / stereo mastering, please send the files with no compression or limiting on the master bus / master stereo fader channel. Please deliver the track at around -6dbfs to -3dbfs (never clipping into the red) to allow us some headroom to work with. Brickwall limiting the tracks will make it very hard to work with. 4) All files should be exported to the full length of the project 5) Please send tracks in WAV/AIFF formats only (24 or 32 bit preferred) 6) Provide a rough mix if you have one and / or links to reference songs

We aim to deliver a first mix / master for your approval as soon as possible. It depends on our work load. The usual turn around time is 3-5 days, after which we will provide 2 free revisions (if required of course) before sending you the final mix or mastered file.

If we are editing and mixing, we will deliver your files in .WAV (44.1kHz, 16 bit) If we are mixing / mastering for video we'll deliver the files in (48kHz, 24 bit) If we are providing a master, we will also deliver a DDP file, ready for mass CD production. Other file formats are available on request.

We accept PayPal (including credit or debit cards) and bank transfers as payment. You don't pay a penny until you have approved the final files. At this stage, we'll send you an invoice with payment instructions.
